SECRET STASH STUDIOS

Ryan Ockendon was born in Ontario and moved to British Columbia at an early age. Growing up in the Kootenays and attending the local Waldorf school Ryan began a creative and nature filled existence.Taking part in developing The Combovers a punk rock/ska band and performing regularly in his teenage years he completely integrated music into his primary passion. After graduating high school and unclear about the exact route in life to take, he traveled across seas to distant countries such as Thailand and New Zealand packing an acoustic guitar on his back all the way. Traveling and returning to nelson regularly for three years with his guitar he slowly came to realize that his career in music lay in the art of electronic production and performance. After purchasing Ableton and apprenticing with Ill Gates for a week and a half in Toronto, he returned to Nelson and began renting and developing Secret Stash Studios. He currently spends his time producing tracks, attending other producers performances, and falling into regular giggle cuddle puddle huddles. You can see him performing at the end of october at the NGA company release party.
